As part of the myriad of services InCHIP provides, InCHIP also offers space for meetings and research. This space may be requested via the forms below and depending upon your needs includes the use of our IT support.
Meeting and Research Space
InCHIP has a number of meeting rooms that are available for one-time use by UConn Faculty, Staff, and Students for presentations and meeting space. These rooms may also be reserved by InCHIP Faculty Affiliates for recurring meetings.
InCHIP also offers rooms that may be used by InCHIP affiliates for running participants in research projects or for holding research-related meetings. These rooms can be reserved on both a one-time and recurring basis.

Request Meeting or Research Space:
Requests for InCHIP meeting and research space must be submitted at least three business days before the requested date in order to guarantee a timely response. To request a room, please fill out the form below. Once your request is reviewed, you will be contacted by an InCHIP administrative staff member.. Use the links below to jump to the correct form.
