Research Overview

My research focuses on pharmacists’ cognitive service delivery in community/value-based settings to populations with multiple chronic disease states. Through a community-pharmacy practice-based research network (PBRN) housed within UConn’s School of Pharmacy’s PRISM initiative, I am interested in discovering and implementing best practices in workflow logistics in factors related to delivering health services (i.e., health information exchange, preventative care, medication therapy management etc…). As an InCHIP affiliate, I look to partner with collaborators who are also curious in implementation and translational sciences.

Past projects include: Decision support in electronic MTM platforms, efficacy of community pharmacists in HIE, interdisciplinary teams w/ shared decision making, barriers and facilitators to health service delivery
