Research Overview
As a physical therapist clinician, my primary focus is on musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation. I understand that prevention of injury including chronic stress injury as well as promotion of healthy behaviors will substantially reduce the substantial burden on the health care system. As an experienced clinician but a novice researcher, my research interests are founded on promoting musculoskeletal health through physical activity and reducing sedentary behavior and reducing the need for musculoskeletal rehabilitation from injury.
