Research Overview
My research expertise include systematic review, meta-analysis, mixed-treatment comparison, and analysis of observational data sets in health outcomes research. My work to date have primarily involved the use of pharmacological interventions to prevent/treat adult chronic disease. My clinical areas of interest include the prevention and treatment of venous thromboembolism and the treatment of smoking cessation. More recently, I am working on cost-effectiveness modeling through use of decision analysis and Markov models.
