General interests: food policy, industrial organization, economics of food and health, and economic development.
Current projects: voluntary nutrition labeling and choices of healthy foods, economics of health care changes and food choices, business strategies in the food industries.
Past projects: economics of consumer behavior with respect to carbonated soft drinks, social media and consumer choices of foods, Advertising to Children and food choices.
