My research interests include obesity in celiac disease, eHealth in wellness promotion, and plant-based diets and mental health. My dissertation proposal is still developmental, but I am interested in chronic disease prevention after celiac diagnosis. I attended a health provider practicum in celiac disease at the University of Chicago Celiac Disease Center in December 2012. I have published an international web uses and gratifications study (South Korea, Netherlands, and US), and would like to study the use of digital technology to deliver health and wellness interventions.
