Assistant Professor, School Psychology, University of Massachusetts Boston (Affiliate)

Research Overview

Melissa A. Collier-Meek, PhD, (Mel) studies how to feasibly assess and support the delivery of evidence-based interventions in school settings. Specifically, she has evaluated current treatment integrity guidelines and systematically developed implementation measures. In addition, she is interested in understanding how systematic and organizational barriers and facilitators influence treatment fidelity. She evaluates how to effectively support teachers’ fidelity of individual and class-wide behavioral interventions within a consultation framework. Dr. Collier-Meek received her PhD in School Psychology from the University of Connecticut and continues to regularly collaborate to conduct and disseminate research with InCHIP faculty, including Dr. Sanetti (CSCH Steering Committee Member) and Dr. Chafouleas (CSCH Co-Director).
