Ailton Coleman

Graduate Student, Public Health (Affiliate)

Research Overview

I am interested in Men’s Health, specifically the effect of masculinity on health seeking behaviors. Additionally, I am interested in Sexual and Reproductive Health. While I am not currently working on a specific InCHIP-affiliated project, I am a doctoral student of Dr. Ann Ferris, an InCHIP Affiliate. Moreover, I am interested in expanding my skills in program evaluation is not my primary focus, I would appreciate any mentor opportunities in the area.

I went to school at Georgia State University and received a Bachelor’s degree in both Political Science with a concentration in International Affairs and Spanish with a concentration in International Business and Language. Later, I attended the University of Arizona and earned a Master’s of Public Health with a concentration in Public Health Policy and Management.
